About The Riptide
Captain Smitty is a veteran charter skipper with over 50 years of experience. Has been a licensed captain for over 37 years. Operating boats from local harbors and has worked out of Half Moon Bay for over 35 of those years. His first sea burial was for a close friend and he felt a calling to offer this service in what has become known as the "RIPTIDE WAY" of Honoring those departed.
